Questions, answered
Do I need my own Facebook ad account?
Yes. Ads run on your Meta ad account with your payment method, and Meta bills you directly for ad spend. If you don’t have one yet, you can create one for free in Meta Business Suite in a couple of minutes, and you just need to add a payment method.
How does pricing work?
It’s free to start, with no subscription and no per-launch fee. You only pay a 20% fee on what you actually spend (about $5 on a $25 ad spend), and you pay Meta directly for the ad spend itself. You prepay a wallet to fund launches, and the minimum top-up is $50, held as ad credit.
What can I launch?

Can my campaign overspend?
